Students will be accepted to the Pathways to College program on a case-by-case basis. Qualified 5th grade students from targeted elementary schools will be identified by their teacher and/or principal. Once families are identified, they will be required to attend a mandatory meeting to learn more about Pathways. Meetings are held each year in the spring. Families are notified of the meeting by a letter from their school.
