| Pathways Prospects
Pathways Prospects, which is a component of Pathways to College, is a Christian resource which helps to instill Jeremiah 29:11 by working with Kindergarten – 5th grade students and their parents. The Pathways to College program was started in 2007, yet Pathways Prospects was not initiated until 2009. The program hereby understands that it is never too early to start discussing education beyond high school!
The Pathways to College mission is to create a belief that college is an option for everyone, and that through the program, we can make this belief a reality. Pathways to College is committed to providing necessary support and resources academically, socially, spiritually and financially to achieve this mission.
Pathways Prospects, a component of Pathways to College, is designed with objectives to help families in the following areas:
Initiate dialogue and intrigue about college
Build familiarity with college environments and college lifestyles for students
Provide workshops, guest speakers, and other events to motivate students to increase academic and social preparedness at every level for the transition to your child’s successful post-secondary future
Identify financial resources and awareness early to prepare for the costs of higher education
Provide fun, family bonding time to promote spiritual growth
